I’ve been a regular at Indian Bites Restaurant & Bar in Lyons, Colorado, and it’s always a wonderful experience. The food is consistently delicious—curries, tandoori, biryani, and vegetarian dishes are all full of authentic flavor. Their imported and local beer, and wine selection complements the meals perfectly, making the bar just as impressive as the kitchen.

The staff is friendly and attentive, making every visit feel welcoming and comfortable. Whether dining in or picking up takeout, the service is prompt and professional.
What truly sets Indian Bites apart is their music selection, which is always on point. From jazz, classical, Indian classical, funk, folk, handpan, to world music and evergreen classics, their beautiful collection perfectly matches the weather and atmosphere, creating a unique and immersive dining and bar experience.
